How to Enter a Forever Beautiful Texas Preliminary
To register you would need to complete the three easy steps below.
1. Submit your online entry form (below).
2. Submit payment either by paypal or mail.
3. Submit emcee card (below). The emcee card can be turned in the day of the event. If you turn them in the day of the event, please be sure to email us the name and age of your contestant. This helpful when checking in the day of the pageant. Also, have the emcee form complete and ready to submit at check in.

Sibling Discount $5.00 (first sibling full price then all additional sibling $5.00 off)
