State appointed titles are available in states that currently do not offer State pageants. We will appoint up three (3) Queens/Kings per age group.  In states that offer pageants we will also appointed titles. The number of appointed titles in these states may vary. State Appointed Titles will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. Appointed titles include custom satin sash, crown and discounted entry to the National Pageant on November 24, 2024. Appointed title fee is $135. Queens/ Kings are not required to make appearance or participate in community service, but we highly recommend that each Queen/King make a difference in their community.
