Rules
The Forever Beautiful Pageants is open to all Arkansas Residents. You may compete in and win more than one preliminary title. Current, reigning State Title holders may not compete in a preliminary in the same age division that they hold their current state title in. Good sportsmanship is excepted at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant will result in disqualification. There is a zero tolerance to poor sportsmanship.
Age Divisions: The age division that you compete it is based on your age the day of the event. We will allow a contestant to age up if they will be competing in that age group at state.
Baby Division: Baby (0-14 mo), Toddler (15 mo-2), Tiny (3-4)
Youth Division: Little (5-6), Mini (7-9), Junior (10-12),
Young Miss Division: Teen (13-15), Miss (16-19)
Gentleman: Baby Mister (0-23 mo), Little Mister (2-5)
Areas of Competition: On-stage introduction (5-12 years) during casual wear, On-stage interview (13-19 years), Casual Wear (themed) and Formal wear.
Attire: We are a natural system, therefor no hair pieces, wiglets, false hair of any kind is not allow. No flippers allowed. Absolutely no make-up on children 4 and under. Light, natural, age appropriate
make-up allowed for all contestants ages 5 and up. Formal wear must be worn during crowning.
Casual Wear: Off the Rack or Custom Made. The outfit should be tasteful and not overly ornate.
Formal Wear: Maybe but not limited to Sunday Best, Party Dress, Flower Girl, Easter Dress, Brides Maid, Junior Prom Style. The dress length can be tea length, short (at knees or slightly above) or long. The dress should not be overly ornate. Suites or Easter type attire is recommend for the Gentlemen.
Stage: The stage will be T-formation or diamond depending on the facility. We will provide all music and contestants will have 1-2 minutes on stage. Contestants 0-3 years of age must have a guardian on stage with them at all times. Contestants that are 4 years of age my have a guardian with them on
stage. No guardians are allowed on stage with contestants 5 years and up.
Scoring: Our judges are qualified professionals from different industries of life. During casual wear, contestants are judged on character, personality, stage presence and overall modeling of their outfit; not the outfit itself. During formal wear, contestants are judged on facial beauty, poise/self confidence and presentation in the dress; not the dress itself. Optional Events (Best Awards, Fashionable, Personality) are judged on first impressions. All judges decisions are final.
